| I think this question is taking a whole new and unnecessary turn. We have very good relations with the other freeholder, we just took out separate insurance cover in the beginning because neither of us knew that we could have a joint one. No need for legal intervention or anything similar. Some of the confusion is because different insurers tell us different things as to whether or not we should have one policy. Sadly common these days where people in the industry don't know what they are talking about, hence the need to seek advice from the wise people on this forum. |
