| I can't believe that they have started ticketing residents for such a minor offence, i got a ticket a few weeks ago in richmond by a phantom council thief after being parked for about 4 minutes, however i never saw him, still trying to figure out how he disapeared so quickly. Anyhow £50 for 4 minutes or £100 if i dont pay within 2 weeks, HELLO, I could get caught speeding, mugging someone, and breaking into a car and it still wouldn't cost me that much. And then they wonder why no one trusts the government any longer. |
