yes i confirm the same, people in my street (LBH) have received parking tickets for having their wheels outside of the marking (width ways). exeptions are being made in preactise for larger cars though . the enforcement for this to be punishable with a penalty has not been in force very long though, if memory is any good, i think, sicne spring this year
