Sorry about the delayed reply but I have away
to a country where disabled parking bays are used only by those that have the right to use them. And, yes, the rest of the carpark was about 90% occupied.
Most of the pedestrian signals outside the station were recently louvered on my request.
Of the three that face the west bound traffic waiting at the junction lights only two have louvres. These two are not properly adjusted; all three show green to a vehicle waiting on the intersection.
As for the straight on repeater arrow at the junction; I would have expected to find this as a requirement in whatever Code of Practice applies to signal design. If not it should be; just common sense really.
