| You don't need weedkiller with all its widely researched and questionable and worrying side effects and the consequent and associated law suits to reduce the number and range of wild flowers and garden escapes which are taking root on the pavement. A stiff brush to reduce the amount of mulch and dirt making it easy for them to take root and some pride and litterpicking works wonders. A circular hole made by an unprotected scaffolding pole and all the damage created by lazy drivers parking by riding over pavements cracking them creates opportunities for plants to germinate in our paved and concreted heat-sink environment. |
