| A lot of our streets have become permanent car parks. Unless the Councils and their contractors can organise really good communication between themselves and the residents who are the most likely but not necessarily only parkers there they have a hope in hell in getting clear streets for a really good clean. It's pretty pointless just putting fliers on cars the night before. |
