"...I think we know that they can only go up.." Quite right to put the word "think" in as they might equally as well go down in my view. Japan has had interest rate of 0.0% for over 12 months; Switzerland was 0.0% towards the end of last year and reduced it to minus0.8% for all 2015; Denmark has been at 0.05% for most of 2015. I will let others tell you what effect a reduction should have in your decision to buy a house.....as "it does my head in"! |
