Thanks John, yes I think we know that they can only go up, but I am wondering if she can afford to wait for a little while longer while she looks for a decent property, if one exists and I am starting to doubt it, in her price range. Will another month or two be a risk ? I know the answer - no one knows but I usually find someone on this forum will have an opinion. |
