My daughter is considering buying a "best of a bad bunch" property mostly because her financial adviser has convinced her that mortgage rates are going to go up soon and she should get herself locked into a new 5 year deal to secure what he thinks is a good rate. She has a flat to sell and is looking to upsize from a two bed to a three bed property. I know nobody knows what will happen for definite but anyone have an opinion that they want to voice please ? |
