Last week I was horrified with the main carer on holiday to find NINE different people on the rota. It just doesn't work like this.  You can't explain to different people who keep asking you what to do every time you are visited what needs doing and then expect them to carry it out in the time.  You shouldn't have to.  How do you remember them all - especially when you can't see them.
