Yes there is a lot of it that is not satisfactory.  It isn't helped by the fact that so many youngsters nowadays can't even make a sandwich or cook an egg.  We've had ones who can't make a cup of tea. Thank goodness cookery is now back on the curriculum.  I hope food management is too.  There isn't enough continuity of care so when you move companies you are likely to find the same problems.  We keep asking other users to give feedback on their care companies.

Unlike some countries we seem to employ people on zero hour contracts and who have no qualifications.  It seems to be quite different in Holland.
