I was interested to see a poster on the tube last night advertising a craft fair at Kew Gardens, but when I looked it up online, I found that I would have to pay to get in (in addition to getting into the Gardens). How can this be justified? When I go to Harrods (Okay, M&S), they don't charge me to go in and see if there's anything I want to buy, plus they will certainly be charging the stallholders to display their wares. Who do they think they are? Letting agents -- who charge both landlord and tenant? |
