'Policing' motorists again eh?...considering they have their names and addresses printed twice on their cars I can't imagine their is much 'policing' or 'work' actually being done. Surely pcso's could do this task? How about putting fewer bobbies on during the day and a few more on at night when most of the crime is committed? |
