There are LOADS of Slow Cooker recipe books out there, with widely varying standards. I have got too many of them, but I have ended up just using the very best one - "I love (heart) my slow cooker", by Beverly LeBlanc. Her Lemon and Thyme Chicken, and Sausage Hotpot are bullseye successes every time.
