| " your suggestion that black bags will count in our recycling data". Does that mean that plastics, cardboard, paper will be added to the W.BINS for this incineration process - that perhaps is why we're all being made to have these WBs to encourage us to ADD to the black bin refuse as it will be considered as recyclable (thus reducing the need for the green boxes, blue sacks and white sacks) leaving tins and glass to go in a SECOND WHEELIE BIN - soon to be sent to YOU! Food waste and garden waste will continue as is. |
