| 'Also, I note that Veolia are responsible for both waste collection and street cleaning in Westminster. Having these functions split between two contractors in Hounslow is part of the problem, I suspect.' Spot on. I suspect they would still offer a poor service, but at least they couldn't skirt around whose job it is to collect rubbish type a vs rubbish type b. |
