Andy, another way of adding flavour is Kikkoman Tamari soy sauce. Gluten free and low in potassium. If you can't use/ don't like soy sauce, a mixture of crushed garlic***, lemon juice, and parsley/ corriander is good. *** save a load of time and go to Sainsbury's or Tesco both of whom sell CoFresh frozen garlic and ginger 'cubes' - magic! |
