| Can anyone help me out with any recipes for food that actually tastes of something.Apart from being diabetic, due to end stage kidney failure I now have to follow a low potassium diet that is also gluten free so I need food that has a low glycaemic index, low potassium and free from gluten.I really can't find anything that actually tastes of food.Gluten must be a fantastic foodstuff, as without it, everything tastes of cotton wool with a cardboard crust and a small gluten free loaf costs £3.The only thing I have found so far with any taste is cocunut macaroons, but these are high in sugar so have to be eaten infrequently. If anyone has any recipes, or can tell me of any shop bought meals that taste of food, please get in touch.Thank you. |
