| a very good reason not to eat a bacon sandwich with two doorsteps of processed bread! the bacon won't give you diabetes but the gluten will (there is a reason glue is made out of it!).. along with a catalogue of other problems.. the sooner people realise that gluten, sugar and processed carbohydrates (not fats) are the cause of most dietary illnesses, the quicker obesity related illnesses will diminish.. gluten is just another harmful addiction and there are plenty of ways to eat well by making a few nutritional adjustments.. read these books if you want the info that Big Business (including GP's) don't tell you..
