Just an observation - those of us who live over the border (i.e. In Hammersmith & Fulham) have a different recycling regime. We put paper, cardboard, metal, juice cartons, plastics and glass all in the same bag, and it all gets sorted out by machines at the recycling plant. I was a bit sceptical at first that this could work and asked LBHF about it, and they pointed me towards this: http://lbhf.gov.uk/Images/What_happens_to_recycling_factsheet_tcm21-23390.pdf |
