| If think the problem is that the rubbish collectors refuse to collect the black bags from the bins, requesting that they should be left outside, so of course if anything edible is left inside foxes and other animals will try to find it! Why oh Why can we not leave the refuse sacks inside the bins? Why should we have ANOTHER container to clutter our front gardens? |
