Perhaps if UKIP were to tackle the problem of rogue cyclists in their election manifesto, it could go a long way to getting them elected.Something along the lines of, anyone is allowed to make a mistake, so if you are caught committing one unsociable act whilst in charge of a pedal cycle, you will be forced to wear a fluorescent pink vest in future whenever you cycle. The government could then sponsor those little smart cars, like the council already use for cctv to monitor parking offences.Only these cars would carry highly trained snipers. If anyone wearing a pink vest is then seen acting like a complete arse while riding a bike, they'd be fair game.A couple of head shots outside Sainsbury's would jolly well make these johnny's think twice before they ran a red light again. |
