Who was riding east to west on Chiswick High Road at approximately 10:45.You had certainly spared no expense on your safety equipment.Flashing red armbands and flashing white ankle straps. You looked like you had spent a fortune on a very expensive safety helmet, complete I think with camera. And that snazzy 3 tone high viz vest. You certainly looked the part.Perhaps you thought with all this top quality equipment, you would be invincible. Why else would you have ridden through the red lights at Acton lane a good 3-4 seconds after the lights for your carriageway went red.You didn't even slow down, just put your head down and went for it.The front of my car missed you by millimetres and the sound of my tyres screeching did at least make you look up.Instead of acknowledging you were in the wrong and apologising, you instead chose to give me the middle finger and shout f*ck off you c**t before again dropping your head and riding off.You may be full of bravado, but my car weighs close to two tons.If you pick a fight with it, you will lose.I took avoiding action so that I missed you.You should consider yourself lucky I still have sharp reactions. With someone else at the wheel, you may well now be in hospital, or worse. There is no need to risk your life like this, and there is even less need to swear at me when i've done my very best to make sure you reach your destination alive. |
