| I've always thought this scheme will be a good idea and am glad to see on the front page it has been given the green light. It is probably safe to say now I've been amazed at the lack of local resistance to the project given that it is a substantial engineering project taking place right under hundreds of homes in the Chiswick area. Perhaps most people are like me and think the disruption, noise and possible subsidence are going to be worth it for a cleaner Thames? |
