| Facts :- Greyhounds have been bred to chase things that run fast, which is why they can run faster. Dogs need to be under control. These greyhounds were clearly not under control (and were victims to their instincts). The dogs should not be let off the lead if the owner can't control them. It is the owners responsibility. It must be very distressing for the owner of the cat that their pet died in such a horrific way. |
