| Greyhounds are not vicious dogs. Far from it. But will chase something very small and moving by nature. It would need a council sign to state dogs off a lead must be muzzled for any action to be taken. Unfortunately council's very rarely state that dogs off a lead must be muzzled. And they never state such breed of dog must be either kept on a lead or muzzled. Its either all dogs must be on or off a lead at all times |
