NEIL Like everything you post on here, you ask, and then you tend to disagree or know the answer yourself. I think your getting a small claims court and using a magistrates court mixed up. You have had all your parking tickets quashed so you have no claim for financial losses or poor health in a small claims court of which you say you are filing for on the 7th. As i said,based on what you have said,you have no claim. You can't use a small claims court for harassment or  health reasons due to the tickets. Did you sue OVO Energy for not getting your £100 as a new customer, even thou I pointed out you were not a new customer but an old SSE Energy customer that OVO purchased? Not the same. But you would not listen on that front, and your story changed week by week. You have been on these parking charges for over 10 months now. And you're still asking basic questions. Maybe stick to murder mysteries. Might sound harsh, but I always remember your views on other subjects, so im never giving you a free ride on this forum
