| First of all, I thought you were suing them months ago. Look, it's quite simple. Your issue is with the parking company and the issue of tickets, and the council. The parking company says you have parked illegally and has issued a fine. They are entitled to ask the DVLA for your info and the DVLA, under the law, has to give them your info. There is no data protection issue. Your issue is the parking space and the ticket. That's them and the council and you. You can't prosecute them for a data breach, even if a month down the line, they agree that the ticket was issued in error. Surely your solicitor will have told you this |
