| No They are entitled to approach DVLA for say your info on an issued ticket. The DVLA has to provide them with your info. That is, regardless of the ticket being issued and the circumstances. Your issue, as I say, is with you, the parking company and the council. Not sure why your serving small claims court papers. You can only issue a small claim if you have suffered a financial loss. Given all your tickets were quashed im not sure what you financial loss is, except a few 1st class stamps. Most likely going to cost you more to claim on what your claiming for |
