| You can take a parking company to small claims court, especially if their debt collection tactics feel like harassment, which is illegal; you can sue for damages if they pursue you excessively after you've paid or appealed.Harassment after payment/appeal: If you've paid or appealed and they keep pursuing you aggressively, you can use Citizens Advice to argue they are harassing you, a criminal offence under the Protection from Harassment Act 1997. |
