Yes, awarded 10k but not in small claims court, which is for financial losses "And are you saying that if I issue you with an unlawful ticket DVLA have to give me your details?" NO you are not a registered parking ticket company that is accredited by say the BPA or IPC, which gives them access to the DVLA data. |
