'Well, apart from Mr Pavey, it seems many are unhappy with this development which seems to have been sprung on Chiswick with no prior warning. Or did I miss a Royal Mail announcement?' I'm very happy with a facility that does what it always did, but now does more. What's not to like about that? As for suggesting many are unhappy, people who are satisfied rarely moan, and certainly not on the internet.
