| I couldn't agree with you more Vanessa, bet that surprises you. This is one innovation too far. We are not all young, upwardly mobile digital natives, comfortable and wizards at technical devises. Almost weekly my smart phone encourages me to adopt to a better way of seeing and dealing with my apps; every visit to a restaurant is followed by a request for a review, same for stays at hotels, cinema, theatre, dentist, doctor. Although these constant interruptions can be ignored the temptation to act upon them is there nonetheless. Digital fatigue has caused me to spend far less time on my phone from now on- think it's called a New Year's resolution. And don't get me started on changing our treasured, red post boxes. |
