| I'm afraid that C49 does not cut across Acton Green Common, but has to be considered as following the main road (Fisher Lane into South Parade). Acton Green Common, as the name suggests, is officially 'Common Land' (as designated in the Official GOV.UK spreadsheet, 'Common Land CPH' updated in 2019) and it is still unclear that Cycling is even allowed on Common Land, as the Council are only too well aware, hence the lack of their signs with regards to cycling there - I should know - I walk across Acton Green Common on multiple occasions each day and the lack of any cycling signs is duly noted. |
