| I don't think the most affected IS likely to be the elderly although they do suffer from the digital divide most and will have some ID problems which I have written about before as passports don't have to be in date for this. I think the most affected wil be younger hard working time poor people who don't have driving licences and passports at all as other photo ID they do have and regularly use is not considered valid for voting. |
