| The problem with the acceptable forms of I.D. are more restricted where younger people are concerned, this is not a level playing field by any means. I have yet to hear any rational explanation of why this idea was thought to be a necessity. As I have said many times I don't have a mobile, smart or otherwise, in L.B. Richmond you can use 'phone, bank card or cash. I was told that we would be able to use a Pay Point to buy a ticket, the problem with that is that not every parking area has a nearby shop with that facility, anyway you run the risk of getting a fine while you are faffing around in a shop trying to pay! |
