| So, here we have a thread where people are bad-mouthing and divulging (possibly incorrect) information about a person who isn't active on this forum. I'm not a lawyer, but in these litigious times wouldn't it be better not to indulge in practices that could be considered a bit, erm, libelous? I mean, there are some, in this thread, who already have had some problems in the past in this field. |
