So Paul, create a pedestrian pinch point and then let cyclists ram through it when cycling on the pavement which is illegal and they just got a spiffy new cycle lane supposedly fit for purpose that you think should be avoided. Not only is that inane, you've just proven what a collosal waste of money thie cycle lane is. Bravo.
