| I thought the whole point of this elaborate cycle facility was to avoid the traditional approach of drawing white lines and stencilled bicycles on the pavement when things get tricky. If that's the plan they could have done it along the whole length of CHR's super-wide pavement and saved a fortune! 'To save cyclists waiting...' means we end up with the same old dodging and weaving, nipping and short cutting, and mixing with pedestrians that gives cyclists a bad name. |
