Bradley, I had huge problems with BT a while back (Won't go into details) so I rang ofcom and explained everything to them. They advised on what to do regarding not paying any bills and getting money back. Give ofcom a call to find out how you should handle this and tell vodafone you have done so. You'll be surprised how quickly things get sorted out. Best of luck |
