We tried it. The veg turned out really nice and the resulting sauce was great. Crackling is an acquired taste, but I liked it. Only problem was our fan-oven overcooked the pork belly, even at that temp, so it was a little dry in places. I've yet to really enjoy a slow-cooked recipe - either in the oven or slow-cooker. While the meat always ends up lovely and flaky, it's often a bit of a 'so what' experience, which doesn't match the length of time waiting for the thing to cook in the first place....
