| Everything in life is about balance. Everything! Upset the balance and everything begins to tumble. How many people in Uk paying cleaners,bulders etc WITH "cash in hand" encouraging not only loope-holes in the economy but perhaps people who may not be in the Uk for honourable reasons. Cleaners working for little more than £5.00 per hour [whaterver the min rate is in Uk] and bankers earning perhaps 300 POUNDS PER HOUR....to include bonuses.Is it all about luck or about a lack of balance. The proof of the pudding is in the eating! There was no mistake about the lack of a question mark. There was a time not too far away when I wanted to employ catering staff in my restaurant and needed to have a team .... to work and were prepared to be trained to our style.I worked with the rules set out by the goverment which enabled me to employ polish students who had to be enrolled in recognised language schools and I was only allowed to employ suitable employees for 20 hours per week.This was always tedious and provide complex administration but the law brought with it a stream of honest,hard working and sincere students and I was able to build a good team of staff.One or two people stayed with us for almost 10 years.But that is another story. The rules changed and Uk was flooded with people who had no idea a discipline and could see bounderies.This was a bazzar change of rule which was going to instigate disaster. So the leaders are breaking their laws.....perhaps even more than before looking for ways to become richer and more powerfull. |
