| It's totally inadequate, not least in light of the fact that there are now no other post offices in W4. The huge reduction in service has led to frequent long queues at Heathfield Terrace which could not be accommodated easily in Robert Dyas and services would be very limited meaning that anyone wishing to access them will still be obliged to go to Shepherds Bush or Kensington. It's an inconvenience for me, but for anyone with restricted mobility or any other impairment it may make services unobtainable. |
