The basement idea for the Post Office counter is probably a non-starter due to accessibility requirements. However Robert Dyas could open it up more to increase its product range.

As I understand it, a Post Office counter in a shop is very different to a standalone Post Office because by law there are certain things that can't be done in premises that aren't fully under control of the branch such as document processing.
