“There is a big difference between joining a water company and leaving one! The spotlight has now been on the CEOs of water companies for some time! “ And again you’re 100% wrong. Have a look at the LinkedIn profiles of any Thames Water manager for the last 20 years and see what industries they have come from and which industries they’ve joined after leaving the Thames Water. They have managers who nothing about water when they joined so they failed miserably and then got out of the industry after causing chaos doing jobs they knew nothing about. Since Thames Waters published debt crisis staff have been leaving the sinking ship in droves and the company has struggled to replace them with competent people. |
