Just trying to understand the significance of the latest news in the Chiswick Tower development. Am I being too optimistic in thinking that the postponement of the housing to be built on the car park sites and the continuing commitment of the developer to facilitating making the station step-free is a positive thing? It will presumably be much easier to do the work on making the platforms step free if they are not in the middle of a huge construction project? |
