| Keith That's interesting as it as technology has changed a lot. I remember my FIL (who when in his 90s asked for an explanation of what the internet was as he had never used it (and was blind)) was amazed by the light turning on as soon as he walked into the hospital loo and then panicked when while he was resting while sitting on the loo it turned off and he had to be told to wave his arms around to turn it back on. When in respite care he also found it very strange when every time he got up in the middle of the night to go to the loo a member of staff appeared. I'm not sure what sensors they had there! |
