| Just yesterday morning I was hearing from my plumber about how he had had to 'rescue' his elderly Grandad whose carer could not get into his home as Grandad had fallen while using his walker just behind the door blocking it from opening properly. There may be some useful ways to learn how to do tasks. I wondered if it was because he lost his balance when picking up post that had come through the front door - when a letter box fixed inside means you can avoid having to reach down to the floor. (That happened to an aunt.) Litter pickers are also useful. |
