Brilliant idea - but perhaps also for those who aren't already unsteady too! You may well be able to be forewarned and find out what risks you are taking by the way that you sometimes do things (eg reaching and climbing to get to things) and if you do have a problem how you can best try to get yourself up again - and/or call for help! Obviously it is better to stay fit and healthy and avoid falls BUT are there such things as Falls Teams now who can be called out instead of waiting HOURS for ambulances? |
