| Their brains and knowledge of the area amongst other things. If I can find more info I’ll share. I remember the chaos of the Ealing LTNs. When the majority came out after much protesting about the traffic jams, and poorer quality of Life. Locals shared before and after pictures of how much better the roads were without LTNs. Now Peter Mason is boasting they’ll spend £913m over the next ten years on cycling and cycling infrastructure. I think that figures is correct. I doubt myself, it’s so high. How much else can they change? I don’t actually want to think what the answer to that might be |
